Coaching is a forward-looking, goal-oriented partnership that is aimed to unlock your potential and achieve meaningful outcomes. As a coaching, I don’t give you advice or tell you what to do — instead, we are exploring together what might be the best road to achieve your goals.
Mentoring is a guidance-based relationship where a more experienced person shares knowledge, advice, and expertise. A mentor says: “Here’s what worked for me — you might try this.”
Therapy (or psychotherapy) is a healing-oriented process focused on emotional well-being and mental health. It often explores the past and root causes of issues in order to tackle trauma, anxiety, depression, and psychological challenges.

Each session is a conversation — but a very intentional one. You bring whatever is on your mind: a challenge, a decision, a feeling or thoughts that have been running in your head.
My job is to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and help you reflect, find new perspectives and solutions to your challenges.
You don’t need to prepare for the coaching session in any way. Come as you are — and we will figure the rest together.

The first free session is 20 minutes. This is time for us to meet each other, discuss if coaching is right for you and for you to ask any questions you might have.
Each following coaching session is 50 minutes.

This is up to you — there’s no predefined number of sessions.
Some clients reach their goals already in their first or second session. Some of my clients stay for 7-10 sessions to work on several goals.
